Our Client is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales & Design Consultant to join our growing team.
In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will be responsible for guiding a thriving sales force, enhancing the overall customer journey within the retail space, and contributing to the company's ongoing commitment to delivering excellence for every aspect of daily living.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing new sales leads.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls or email.
- Helping clients with developing design ideas and issuing quotes accordingly.
- Chasing customers to close sales leads.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Keeping track of own sales targets.
- Processing of clients’ contracts to be ordered.
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales ability and target oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-oriented.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient experience across several computer packages
- ACAD proficiency is a must.
- Possible flair for design.
