As a Senior Software Engineer at Nium, you will be a key contributor within a cross-functional team, collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to design, build, and maintain our core platforms. You will leverage your experience to develop robust, scalable solutions to complex challenges, playing a critical role in the ongoing transformation of our technology landscape. In this hands-on role, you will actively contribute to development efforts while mentoring fellow engineers and guiding the team toward high standards of technical excellence. You will take ownership of code quality and foster a culture of continuous improvement through constructive feedback and leadership by example. You will advocate for engineering best practices, drive enhancements to tools and processes, and promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
