Compliance & Legal Specialist

About the role We are seeking a Compliance & Legal Specialist to support our growing operations in the fast-growing iGaming industry. This role will play a key part in ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining legal documentation, and supporting cross-functional teams with legal-related matters across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, international online environment where regulations evolve quickly, and accuracy truly matters. Key responsibilities - Keeping up to date with regulatory developments, regarding operations, within the rapidly evolving iGaming industry - Participating in the development, implementation, and ongoing management of legal procedures and programmes - Maintaining, organising, and regularly reviewing compliance documentation and internal records, - Ensuring timely and accurate responses to requests from clients, regulators, and other third parties - Preparing documents, lists, catalogues, and files related to general contract templates and, eventually, individual arrangements, as needed, - Drafting clear and plain legal documents, notices, and communication letters to customers and other third parties, - Monitoring changes in applicable laws and regulations and updating internal compliance policies accordingly - Overseeing customer onboarding processes, including KYC/KYB verification - Assisting in the preparation and delivery of compliance-related training sessions and workshops - Responding to internal compliance inquiries and providing legal support to various company departments when needed. What we are looking for - Experience in legal, regulatory, compliance, or risk-related roles - Strong understanding of legal and compliance principles and documentation processes - Interest in or prior exposure to the iGaming industry - Ability to work with legal and regulatory texts and translate them into practical guidance - High attention to detail and strong organisational skills - Clear written communication skills in English - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Sourced from Tom Horn Gaming.
