About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-driven and technically savvy NOC Specialist to join our remote, international team and ensure the smooth operation of our game delivery infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with solid B2B iGaming experience who enjoys monitoring, problem-solving, and being the first line of defense when it comes to maintaining service uptime and quality.
Your Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact during incidents and outages, escalating issues where necessary and ensuring quick resolution in line with SLAs.
Monitor the performance, availability, and stability of all live systems, game services, and platform operations.
Provide technical support and training to our B2B clients, ensuring high service standards and strong client relationships.
Participate in an on-call duty to support our global partners and internal teams.
Troubleshoot system issues, investigate logs, and support API-level diagnostics
Work closely with other departments (Product, Development, QA, Integrations) to ensure timely incident resolution and feedback loops.
Maintain and update internal documentation, including knowledge bases and incident logs.
Drive improvements in operational workflows by identifying automation and standardisation opportunities.
Support the creation of system configurations, reports, and technical documentation.
Assist in other ad-hoc tasks and operational initiatives as needed.
What You Bring:
Previous experience in B2B iGaming operations is a must.
Excellent communication skills—comfortable speaking with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving mindset and a hands-on, proactive approach.
Solid experience with SQL, and Windows server administration.
Confident working with APIs, log files, and service monitoring tools.
Familiarity with ITIL service management, incident handling, and SLA tracking.
Knowledge of tools such as Hyper-V, Cloudflare, New Relic, and IIS.
Fluent English (written and spoken)—our working language across the company.
