Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive Private Property Maintenance Handyman to support the upkeep of their property, vehicles, and outdoor areas.
This is a varied, hands on role ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes initiative, and can work independently while maintaining high standards across the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day to day upkeep of the household, farmhouse, vehicles, and outdoor areas.
- Run errands, grocery shopping, and other household related tasks.
- Assist with guest hosting, including setup, serving refreshments, and cleanup.
- Maintain outdoor spaces through light gardening and general upkeep.
- Wash and maintain vehicles and assist with basic boat upkeep when required.
- Carry out light handyman duties, including minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and furniture assembly.
- Identify and report maintenance issues around the property.
Requirements
- Previous experience in household support, hospitality, caretaking, property maintenance, or a similar role.
- Valid Maltese driving license and confident driving around Malta.
- Fluent spoken English.
- Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Flexible with working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
