Technical Sales Executive

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing and review proposals.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.

Client & Supplier Relations:

• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing and review technical proposals.
• Act as a central contact for clients during the inquiry and quotation process.
• Attend onsite meetings, site visits, and surveys to recommend solutions based on customer needs.

• Required Qualifications & Experience
• Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or commercial role.
• ERP and E-commerce: Familiarity with ERP systems and experience managing online sales or E-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Client Interaction: Experience in customer-facing roles, handling inquiries, negotiating pricing, and providing technical support both in-person and remotely.
• Driving License: A valid driving license is required, with flexibility to attend onsite client meetings and surveys.
