About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organised Sponsorships Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and execution of sponsorship, talent and brand activation initiatives across our Southern European markets, including Italy, Spain, Belgium and Greece.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sports, entertainment, marketing and partnerships who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate the day-to-day execution of sponsorship agreements across Italy, Spain, Belgium and Greece.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clubs, leagues, federations, rights holders and commercial partners.
· Support the planning and delivery of sponsorship activation plans, ensuring contractual rights are fully utilised.
· Coordinate Ambassador, talent and influencer activities, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
· Support the planning and execution of brand activations linked to sponsorships, key sporting events and strategic marketing initiatives.
· Coordinate events, hospitality programmes and experiential marketing activities, from planning through to delivery.

· Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, production companies and other partners involved in sponsorship and activation projects.

· Collaborate with PR, Content, Affiliate and Performance Marketing teams to maximise the reach and impact of sponsorship campaigns.

· Track sponsorship activities, deliverables, timelines and key milestones to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.

· Support post-campaign reporting and analysis, identifying learnings and recommendations to improve future activations and maximise ROI.

· Research and identify new sponsorship, partnership, talent and activation opportunities relevant to the company's commercial and brand objectives.

· Assist with budget management, ensuring costs are monitored and projects are delivered efficiently.

· Ensure sponsorship rights, brand guidelines and contractual obligations are consistently followed and delivered.

· Maintain accurate documentation, reporting and records related to sponsorship agreements, activations and partner activities.

· 1–3 years of experience in sponsorships, partnerships, sports marketing, brand activation, events or a related marketing role.
· Experience working with sports organisations, clubs, leagues, agencies, talent or influencers is considered an advantage.
· Strong interest in sports, entertainment, sponsorships and the wider marketing landscape.
· Excellent project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working with both internal and external stakeholders.
· Commercially minded, with an understanding of how sponsorships and brand activations can contribute to business objectives.
· Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing contractual deliverables, timelines and budgets.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
· Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
· Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
· Fluent English and Greek are required.
· Additional proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or other relevant Southern European languages is considered an advantage.
· Willingness to travel across the region when required.
