About Brite Payments
Headquartered in Stockholm since 2019, Brite Payments is a fintech that operates across 27 European markets and harnesses open banking to enable instant bank payments (also known as Pay by Bank) between consumers and merchants.
What We’re Looking For
As a Sales Development Representative (iGaming), you will be the tip of the spear for our revenue team, driving our expansion into Europe's most lucrative and fast-paced vertical.
Are you a Brite mind? We are looking for an ambitious, revenue-driven sales professional who fundamentally understands the iGaming ecosystem. We are less interested in generic software sales experience and highly focused on finding someone who understands operator pain points, player acquisition costs, and why a seamless cashier experience is the most critical retention tool a sportsbook or casino has.
This role is ideal for an experienced iGaming professional looking to transition into the payments industry, offering a blend of outbound prospecting, lead generation, meeting scheduling, sales admin support, and CRM management.
The ideal candidate understands the iGaming landscape and speaks the language of B2C operators (GGR, NGR, FTDs, CPA). With a strong commercial mindset, they can identify potential opportunities and communicate how instant open banking solutions can enhance the player experience, strengthen retention, and protect marketing ROI.
Experience
1-3 years of outbound sales or commercial account management experience specifically within the iGaming industry (B2B suppliers, platforms, affiliates, or specialized payments).
Understanding of the iGaming landscape, including how operators acquire players, the regulatory environment in key European markets, and the mechanics of a gaming cashier flow.
Experience in executing strategic, multi-channel prospecting (LinkedIn, personalized email, phone) to cut through the noise of heavily prospected operators.
Highly organised, with the ability to balance proactive prospecting with accurate, up-to-date CRM management.
