This collaboration gives our new team the opportunity to operate on fast-paced, high-impact international projects while being fully supported by BRND WGN’s strategic and creative culture. THE POSITION — We’re on the lookout for a Client / Project Manager to join this newly formed global-facing team. This role is a cornerstone of BRND WGN’s project operations, bringing structure, clarity, and a problem-solving mindset to every assignment. From client brief through to delivery, you will ensure that all projects move forward smoothly, overcoming obstacles with smart, practical solutions that elevate the work, strengthen the client experience, and maximise efficiency. You will be the person who knows the most about your projects — what’s happening, what’s next, and what’s needed. You’ll make sure the team is set up for success, clients feel supported, and the work remains on track and on point. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth project flow. Lead assigned projects from kickoff to on-time delivery, resolving obstacles proactively. Run meetings with clear agendas, actionable next steps, and accountability. Collaborate with leadership to scope work, staff projects, manage timelines, and align resources. Track project scope, budgets, and progress, proactively flagging and resolving issues. Maintain accurate project data, forecasts, and deliverables across management systems. Build strong client relationships through trust, responsiveness, and strategic understanding. Manage multiple fast-moving creative projects efficiently. Keep project documentation, status updates, and team visibility accurate and up to date. Identify process improvements and support the evolution of best practices. Embody nmbl’s principles — collaboration, curiosity, honesty, and a solution-driven mindset. Transition to full client ownership within the first 15–30 days of onboarding. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Client Management, or a related field. 5+ years of project or client management experience, ideally within digital, branding, or creative environments. Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under tight timeframes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Hive). Proficiency in presentation software (Keynote, Slides, PPT, Pitch), Google Workspace, and Slack. Conditions: Working Hours: Initially aligned to USA overlap hours (approx. 12—9pm CET). As the team and operating model mature, we will work towards more flexibility, with reduced overlap requirements and the ability to operate closer to standard local working hours (e.g. 9am—6pm CET), depending on role responsibilities and team needs. Travel Budget:
