Key Responsibilities:
Legal & Research Support
Assist teams with research on Maltese and EU legislation, regulatory frameworks, and case law.
Support lawyers in preparing internal memos, legal analyses, client-facing research, and strategic briefs.
Client & Regulatory Support
Support communication with clients under supervision.
Assist interactions with authorities, regulatory bodies, foreign legal counsel, and external advisors.
