About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented team member to join our Class Medical team.
This is a part-time role, Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week (07:00–11:00 or 07:30–11:30), based at our warehouse and head office in San Gwann Industrial Estate.
The role focuses on supporting the day-to-day warehouse operations of Class Medical, ensuring accurate goods handling, proper stock control, and efficient order preparation in line with regulatory requirements. You will play an important part in maintaining a structured, compliant, and well-organised warehouse environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Good level of organisation and attention to detail
Reliable, consistent, and methodical approach to work
Basic computer literacy and confidence using systems
Ability to work independently within a structured environment
Clear and professional communication skills
Previous experience in warehousing, distribution, or a regulated environment is an asset
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive and check incoming goods against delivery notes, ensuring accuracy of quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates
Report discrepancies or damaged goods and ensure proper handling of non-conforming stock
Accurately upload received stock into the system and maintain clear records
Store products in line with regulatory and manufacturer requirements, ensuring full traceability
Prepare and pack customer orders accurately, following FEFO principles (First Expiry, First Out)
Double-check orders before dispatch to ensure accuracy and compliance
Maintain a clean, organised, and audit-ready warehouse environment
Support stock checks and stock takes, and report any discrepancies
Follow internal procedures and support compliance with medical device regulations
Assist with general warehouse tasks and support continuous improvement of processes
