About the Role We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist to join our team in Malta and provide IT support to our colleagues. You will manage and troubleshoot user workstations, hardware, software, and accounts, while supporting new technologies and working closely with the Infrastructure team to keep our IT environment running smoothly. Responsibilities: Install and configure software and hardware (Windows, MacOS, Linux) Set up accounts and workstations Monitor performance and maintain office systems according to requirements Escalate cases if necessary Upgrade users systems with new releases and models Build expertise in new technologies, support their adoption, and train employees while providing guidance and answering questions Assist Infrastructure Admins in daily tasks Travel across our offices in the EU zone Qualifications: Experience as a Junior System Administrator or Service Desk Specialist Solid knowledge of everything related user workstations Basic knowledge of data backup/recovery Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude Excellent communication skills Fluency in both written and spoken English is required, with proficiency in additional languages considered an advantage Nice to have: Experience with office server systems (Windows Server, AD, DNS, DFS) and MDM systems Experience with AWS What we offer: Opportunity to shape the future of fintech solutions within a growing company A collaborative and supportive team environment Language Learning Platform Continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth * Employment will be offered by Mellifera Kartiera Limited, registration number C107685, legal address: Villa Malitah, Mediterranean Street, The Village, St. Julians, STJ 1870, Malta, which is part of the group of companies operating under the COLIBRIX ONE brand.
