Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with aircraft owners and charter clients, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction. Serve as a primary point of contact for client enquiries, requests, and operational updates. Prepare and communicate client reports, including trip costs, fuel spend, crew expenses, and maintenance statistics. Coordinate owner and charter flights, working closely with Flight Dispatch, Crew Control, Maintenance, Safety, and Security teams. Assist clients with travel requirements, operational restrictions, and special requests, including ground transportation and other ancillary services. Resolve day-to-day client issues efficiently and escalate complex matters when required. Gather client feedback and support continuous improvement of customer experience and service delivery. Qualifications and Experience Previous experience in the aviation industry in a customer service, account management, or operations role. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when handling client communications, flight operations, financial reports, and administrative tasks. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable working with financial reports and client invoicing. Knowledge of the MySky platform is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with aviation software, particularly Fl3XX, is desirable. Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexible to work occasional evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. Sourced from Comlux Malta.
