Key Responsibilities: Pastry Commis Chef Assist in the preparation of desserts, pastries, cakes, and baked goods Ensure consistency in quality and presentation Support the pastry team during service and production shifts Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the pastry section Commis Chef (Asian Cuisine) Prepare authentic dishes according to recipes and standards Support senior chefs in mise en place and service Maintain section cleanliness and proper food handling procedures Kitchen Stewards Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment Support chefs by ensuring a clean and organised working environment Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures Assist with dishwashing and waste management operations Requirements Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset Passion for hospitality and high-quality food service Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Good communication and organisational skills Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn Sourced from db Group.
