We’re looking for an F&B Server to join one of Hard Rock Hotel Malta’s signature dining outlets, where food, service and music collide.

As our F&B Server, you’ll be the face of the restaurant, welcoming guests, taking orders with confidence and delivering service that makes every visitor feel like a VIP.
Provide exceptional table service, ensuring every guest receives a warm and professional experience
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve dishes and drinks in line with brand standards
Communicate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow
Handle guest requests, questions and feedback with a positive attitude
Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene and safety
Support the team during busy periods and contribute to a great working atmosphere

Previous experience as an F&B Server or in a similar guest-facing role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
A guest-focused mindset and passion for hospitality
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
A positive attitude, attention to detail and the Hard Rock spirit 🎤
