Spot checks upon receiving and posting of invoices. Analysis of the monthly cost of goods identify opportunities for improvement. Analysis of the monthly wastages and consumables cost to address any cost overruns on a timely basis. Perform stock-take and spot checks in various outlets. Analysis of stock variances from physical inventory cycle counts and stock-takes. Closing of consumption report on a monthly basis. Drive process improvements to reach goals and KPI’s.
