Administrative Clerk

eCabs is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support across the organisation, helping to ensure the efficient running of day-to-day business operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and deliver high-quality administrative support while handling confidential information with discretion. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the business. Prepare, organise, file, and maintain both physical and electronic documents and records. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing enquiries to the appropriate internal departments or external stakeholders. Prepare reports, letters, spreadsheets, and other business documentation as required. Support departments across the organisation with administrative tasks and operational requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with company procedures. Assist with general office coordination and ensure administrative processes are carried out efficiently. Ensure that tasks, assignments, and other assigned duties are performed with professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality. Collaborate on and follow company policies, practices, and procedures to maintain internal controls. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Possess good verbal and written communication skills in Maltese. Able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and flexibility with work schedule to accommodate last minute requests. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle situations which require understanding, responsiveness and maturity. Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills communication and presentation skills. Able to work independently and complete projects with limited supervision.
