We’re looking for a Branch Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running and performance of one of our branches. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is customer-focused, commercially minded and confident managing the full range of branch activities independently. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the day-to-day running and overall performance of the branch. Deliver an excellent and personalised service, advising customers on insurance products and solutions that meet their needs. Drive sales and business growth by identifying new opportunities and promoting and cross-selling the Company’s products. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively developing new business. Issue policies, quotations and renewals, and support customers throughout the claims process. Ensure all documentation and branch activities are handled accurately and in line with regulatory requirements, internal procedures and quality standards. Monitor branch performance and contribute to sales forecasts and business planning. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who: Holds a recognised insurance qualification. Has a minimum of five years’ experience within the insurance industry. Is comfortable working independently. Has a strong sense of responsibility, accountability and initiative. Is commercially minded, with a proactive approach to sales and business development. Has excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Is organised, dependable and able to manage competing priorities effectively. Communicates confidently and professionally with different types of customers.
