Business Analyst – Business Transformation

We are looking for a Business Analyst – Business Transformation to join our Information Technology team and play a key role in supporting the organisation's digital transformation journey. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand operational needs, analyse business processes, identify opportunities for improvement and help deliver technology-enabled solutions that enhance efficiency and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation. Gather, document and validate business and functional requirements. Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders. Support Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and digital transformation initiatives. Act as the link between business users and technical teams throughout project lifecycles. Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution implementation. Develop business process documentation, functional specifications and user guides. Support organisational change by helping users adopt new systems and processes. What we're looking for: A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Insurance, Finance or a related discipline. Strong analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with business process analysis and documentation. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with database structures and an operating knowledge of SQL. A willingness to learn, adapt and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Previous experience in a similar role, knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry, experience with enterprise business applications, and familiarity with Agile methodologies and business analysis tools will be considered an asset.
