We are seeking a customer-focused and professional individual to join our front-desk team as a Customer Experience Officer at our Head Office in Ta’ Xbiex. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless, welcoming, and supportive experience to clients and visitors, with an increased focus on digital customer service. Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression. Handle customer queries with care, empathy, and accuracy across digital channels including email, chat, and internal systems. Resolve queries directly whenever possible by using available tools, information, and system access. Capture and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate teams, ensuring smooth follow-through and clear updates to customers. Maintain an organised and welcoming reception area that reflects Elmo’s customer-first standards. What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-centric attitude. A minimum of an A-Level standard of education. Insurance-related qualifications or experience are considered a strong asset. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Maltese. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Experience in a customer-facing or digital customer service role is considered beneficial. Why Join Us?
