Insurance Officer - Brokers

We’re looking for an Insurance Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day servicing of our clients. This is a varied role offering exposure to different insurance products and the opportunity to develop your technical and commercial knowledge within the broking sector. Key Responsibilities Handle client queries and provide clear information on insurance products and services. Prepare and process quotations, policies, renewals and other insurance documentation. Liaise with clients, insurers and other stakeholders to ensure an efficient and professional service. Build and maintain positive client relationships, supporting retention and cross-selling opportunities. Support the identification and development of new business opportunities. Ensure client records and documentation are accurate, complete and handled in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures. What We’re Looking For Previous experience within insurance, insurance broking or a related financial services environment would be considered an asset. A strong sense of responsibility, accountability and ownership. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
