We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused IT Support Officer to join our Information Technology team. Key Responsibilities: Providing timely and professional technical support to end users. Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and business application issues. Installing, configuring and maintaining desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals. Supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory and other corporate IT systems. Assisting with network, Wi-Fi and connectivity support. Maintaining accurate IT asset records and technical documentation. Supporting IT infrastructure upgrades, technology rollouts and digital transformation projects. Assisting with cybersecurity initiatives and ensuring compliance with IT security policies. Delivering user training and promoting best practices in the effective and secure use of technology. Contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services and customer experience. What we're looking for: A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. Experience in an IT Support, Help Desk or Desktop Support role. Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A customer-first attitude with a genuine desire to help others. The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure. A proactive approach and willingness to learn new technologies.
