Elmo Insurance is looking for a motivated, proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the daily running of its Marketing function. This is a varied and hands- on role, offering the opportunity to work across marketing campaigns, digital communications, social media, advertising, PR, events, branding and content creation, while collaborating with colleagues across the business and a range of external partners and suppliers. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring that Elmo Insurance's marketing activities are delivered effectively, consistently and in line with the company's corporate identity and brand standards.
Coordinate with external agencies, media partners and suppliers, providing clear briefs, relevant information and supporting materials, and following up to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to the required standard.
Assist with the planning and coordination of PR and corporate communications, including liaising with media contacts and supporting the preparation of press releases, company announcements and other communications.

Coordinate advertising activities and media bookings across television, radio, outdoor, print and digital channels, while maintaining the marketing and media calendar.
Support the development and production of high-quality advertising and promotional content across social media, digital and other communication channels.
Assist with the creation of marketing and communication materials, including presentations, digital assets, printed collateral and other branded materials.
Coordinate branding requirements, including signage, printed materials, promotional items and branded merchandise, ensuring consistency with corporate brand guidelines.
Support the organisation and coordination of events and marketing initiatives across the business.
Carry out general marketing administration, including reporting, procurement, record-keeping, budget tracking and supplier coordination.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing activities are delivered on time, on brand and within agreed budgets.
Contribute ideas and support the development of new marketing initiatives and opportunities that strengthen the company's brand and communications.
