Are you customer-focused, organised and ready to build your career in insurance? We’re looking for a Motor Claims Officer to join our team and support customers throughout the motor claims process. This is a varied role where you’ll handle claims from initial notification through to settlement, working with customers and colleagues to ensure each claim is managed efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Handle and process motor claims, ensuring all required information and documentation is accurately recorded. Guide customers through the claims process, providing clear and timely updates on the progress of their claim. Process surveys, bills and other documentation relating to motor claims. Work closely with colleagues to assess liability and support the fair and efficient settlement of claims. Ensure claims are handled in line with legal and regulatory requirements, internal procedures and the Company’s customer service standards. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who: Has an advanced level of education. Is responsible, accountable and takes ownership of their work. Has excellent customer service and communication skills. Is organised, attentive to detail and able to manage multiple claims and priorities. Communicates confidently and effectively in both Maltese and English. Previous experience within the local insurance industry and/or knowledge of the automotive sector would be considered an asset.
