Based at our Malta headquarters, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for day-to-day IT support. You’ll help keep our people connected and productive by troubleshooting technical issues, setting up new employees, maintaining hardware and software, and supporting our wider IT infrastructure.

The Role
As a Junior IT Support Specialist, you will
Provide first-line technical support to employees across the business.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Set up laptops, workstations, accounts, applications, and system access for new joiners.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
Maintain accurate records and inventory of IT equipment and assets.
Assist with user accounts, permissions, devices, and access management.
Document IT processes, procedures, and policies where required.
Escalate more complex technical issues to senior members of the IT team.
Collaborate with the wider IT team on infrastructure projects, system improvements, and other initiatives.
Help identify opportunities to improve the employee IT experience and the way we work.
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in an IT support or helpdesk environment is an advantage, but we also welcome applications from candidates at the start of their IT career who can demonstrate strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
Useful, But Not Essential
Experience or exposure to any of the following would be an advantage
VoIP and SIP technologies, such as 3CX, Asterisk, or similar platforms.
Supporting macOS, Unix/Linux, and Windows environments.
Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, or similar device management/MDM platforms.
Microsoft 365 administration.
Basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.
CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, or other relevant IT qualifications.
