What You'll Be Doing As one of our Sales Representatives, you'll play a key role in creating a fantastic shopping experience by: Welcoming customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Understanding customers' needs and recommending the right products and solutions. Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandise attractively displayed. Ensuring your department is clean, organised, and ready for customers at all times. Working closely with colleagues and suppliers to keep store operations running smoothly. Helping create an enjoyable shopping experience that keeps customers coming back. What We're Looking For We're looking for people who: Have a positive attitude and genuinely enjoy helping others. Are confident communicators with excellent customer service skills. Work well both independently and as part of a team. Have good attention to detail and take pride in their work. Are comfortable using basic computer systems. Have previous retail experience (preferred but not essential—we value attitude just as much as experience!). Are flexible to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays (between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM).
