We’re looking for a driven, creative, and hands-on Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced, fashion-forward team.
What you will do:
Main marketing point of contact for our fashion/sports brands portfolio
Ensure visibility and direction on the assigned brand’s key marketing concepts and initiatives within the industry
Drive brand awareness and consumer engagement through innovative and impactful marketing strategies, tailored to the fashion/sport sector
Aligns brand campaigns with key product moments and launches
Liaise with brand and operations teams to identify and ensure key fashion concepts and Go-to-Market (GTM) priorities
Drive the segments’ budgeting process and manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to achieve the best ROI within the industry
Develop a commercially aligned, overarching marketing plan and calendar at the group level, specifically tailored for fashion/sports brands
Integrates messaging across digital, in-store, and wholesale
Manages local adaptation
Ensure alignment and execution of the central marketing calendar and campaigns at country level
Set and monitor brand/channel specific KPIs
Monitor and analyse marketing performance within the industry using data and metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation
Represent and guide the localisation process based on the industry specifics and operational individualities
Build channel-specific marketing solutions and activations (mono/multi-brand retail, e- commerce, wholesale) within the sector
Ensure marketing assets, creatives, and content are available and distributed across the organisation with a focus on the brand(s)
Support wholesale partners with trade marketing tools, seasonal launch activations
Coordinate with e-commerce teams to optimize digital marketing, content, and customer engagement
Ensure cultural and market relevance of campaigns

Team Performance and Development
Quarterly performance check-ins with each Brand and/or Retail Manager and Marketing Manager, to review progress on objectives and redirect activities, as needed.
Identifying training and development needs of the commercial team and defining development plans, in collaboration with HR
Stakeholder Engagement
Effective collaboration with Group Retail Managers, Country Retail Managers, GM’s, Group VM, Brand Director, Ecom Managers

What you will bring to the role:
At least 5 years of experience in Brand marketing, preferably with a strong knowledge of the fashion/sports environment
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or communications is desirable
Goal-oriented, flexible, and creative – often while juggling several projects at once within the fashion industry.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive brand awareness and engagement within the fashion industry
Budget management and ROI-focused mindset
Experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans specifically for fashion brands
Experience in working across multiple markets
Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and optimize KPIs
Understanding of the localization process and channel-specific marketing
Familiarity with fashion brand guidelines and execution
Strong project management and communication skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
