Role Purpose
Do you have an eye for fashion and a knack for keeping things running smoothly? For our Gozo stores, we’re on the lookout for a Section Leader who’s ready to bring energy, organization, and style leadership to one of our key departments. You’ll be working hands-on with some of the world’s most exciting fashion brands, including Armani Exchange, Calvin Klein, EA7, Kiabi, Mango, Tommy Hilfiger, Tommy Jeans, Nike, Urban Jungle, Urban Bratz
As a Section Leader, you’ll take full ownership of your department, leading by example on the shop floor while supporting your team to deliver top-tier service and style.
Your responsibilities include:
Delivering a warm, tailored customer experience with a personal touch
Meeting sales targets and motivating your section to exceed them
Managing stock levels, replenishment, and product displays
Supporting payments, returns, and transactions with accuracy
Offering expert product advice and guidance
Be able to train staff on product and product presentation/shop floor merchandising, ensuring store profitability and promoting the company culture.
Stamp or attach price tags on merchandise and/or checks, and tag prices to verify accuracy, referring to the price list.
Handling customer feedback and complaints with calm professionalism
Keeping displays fresh, relevant, and on-brand
Overseeing your section’s deliveries and stock flow
Spot-checking inventory and flagging discrepancies
Stand in as assistant manager in the absence of the Store Manager.
Leading by example on visual merchandising and floor standards
Ensuring your section is spotless, organized, and ready for business
Supporting floor operations and opening/closing duties when required
Coaching and guiding newer team members in best practices
Championing store policies and promoting a strong store culture
What You’ll Bring:
Retail experience (ideally 1–2 years or more)
A friendly, confident, and approachable personality
Strong leadership potential and a hands-on approach
The ability to prioritize, stay organized, and take ownership
Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure
A genuine passion for fashion and people
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and shifts as needed
