Accounts Clerk

We are currently seeking to recruit a Full-Time Accounts Clerk to join our passionate Accounts Department. Our office is based in Santa Venera.

The selected candidate will report to the Accounting Manager and Accounts Supervisor and will be responsible for performing day-to-day accounting functions, maintain accounting records and perform other related duties in the Finance Department. The role requires an individual who can work both independently and collaboratively, while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality and alignment with the Company’s values and standards.

The main duties and respond ability will include :

• Perform general administrative and office duties.
• Organise, verify and archive documentation received from outlets.
• Update weekly sales reports and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, refunds and petty cash transactions.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, account analyses and journal entries.
