About the Role
Malta International Airport plc is looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about working within an airport environment, and are willing to continuously learn, develop, and be part of a high-performance culture. This vacancy has arisen within the Aerodrome Safety & Compliance Department.
Purpose of Position:
The main purpose of this role is to monitor the effectiveness of the Aerodrome Safety Management System.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Providing direct support to the Aerodrome Safeguarding Unit in assuring safe and efficient operation of the aerodrome and terminal facilities.
Assure that the established systems for occurrence record management are being kept up-to date.
Issue periodical statistical reports from the safety management occurrence reporting system.
Execute safety inspections on the aerodrome and report back on findings / observations made.
Maintain current all documentation related to the Aerodrome Safety Performance Indicators.
