IT Assistant

At Nectar Ltd., we are looking for a hands-on and proactive IT Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with both hardware and software, and supporting day-to-day business operations in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring our IT systems run smoothly, supporting employees across the business, and helping maintain and improve our internal applications and devices. What You’ll Be Doing Setting up and configuring Windows laptops and tablets from scratch Installing, maintaining, and managing company applications and software Providing day-to-day IT support to users across the business Troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues efficiently Running basic SQL queries to support data checks and validation Supporting internal ERP and mobile applications Maintaining IT equipment inventory and ensuring systems are kept up to date Assisting with general system maintenance and IT improvements What We’re Looking For 1–3 years’ experience in IT Support or a similar technical role Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 environments Experience with device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and remote support tools Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, LAN, connectivity issues) Nice to Have (But Not Essential) Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics AX) Exposure to PowerShell or scripting Understanding of APIs or system integrations What’s in it for you Part-time job (indefinite contract) An attractive renumeration package Health Insurance Special discounts on all company imported company products Cloudigo App Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Ongoing Training & Development Regular Company Events At Nectar Ltd., you’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative environment where your work has a direct impact on daily operations.
