Conceive Plus and SASMAR are scaling fast across global markets and we need someone to own and grow our inventory and supply function. This is a critical role — stockouts cost us sales, retailer relationships and consumer trust. We're fixing that.
What you'll be doing
Owning end-to-end inventory management across all markets - D2C, wholesale, retail and Amazon
Forecasting demand accurately and ensuring stock is in the right place at the right time
Managing supplier relationships and lead times to stay ahead of demand
Building scalable supply processes as we grow into new markets and channels
Working closely with sales and commercial teams so supply always supports growth targets
Identifying risk early - seasonal spikes, new product launches, retailer onboarding - and planning for it
Reporting on stock health, fill rates, days of cover and supply KPIs
