We are looking for a motivated and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team in Malta. This is a hands-on generalist role where you will be involved across the full HR lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. You will work closely with leadership and support a diverse, internationally distributed team.
Lead end-to-end recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and offer management
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience at every stage
Administer leave management and performance review cycles
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with data protection requirements
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with local and international employment law
Provide day-to-day guidance and support to employees and managers on HR matters
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion
Deliver training sessions on HR policies, compliance, and workplace topics
Drive and support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
