Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play an important part in keeping operational processes accurate, responsive, and efficient while supporting the teams that help deliver products to market. Responsibilities Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth cross-functional workflow execution. Track orders, inventory, and logistics updates across internal and external teams. Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and performance tracking documentation. Communicate proactively with stakeholders to resolve delays and process issues. Support process improvements that increase efficiency and service quality. Manage product catalogue maintenance and ERP data accuracy to support daily operations. Requirements 2-3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or data administration roles. Experience managing product and catalogue information with a high level of data accuracy. Hands-on experience maintaining ERP systems, including Odoo, and using Amazon marketplaces. Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools, including Google Suite. Experience coordinating with supply, marketing, sales, development, and regulatory teams to resolve operational data issues. Eligibility to work in Malta.
