Promotions Strategy & Optimisation Manager

Position Overview We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Promotions Strategy & Optimisation Manager to drive the performance of promotions, campaigns and bonuses across our Sportsbook and Casino products. You will use data and insight to understand what is working, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure our promotional activity delivers strong player engagement and commercial value. As we continue to develop our approach to automation, personalisation and machine learning, you will also help shape how promotions become increasingly targeted, intelligent and effective. This is a hands-on optimisation role focused on turning insight into action through continuous testing, learning and improvement. Key Responsibilities Promotions & Performance Optimisation Lead the optimisation of promotions, campaigns and bonus activity across Sportsbook and Casino. Analyse performance to understand which offers and mechanics are delivering against their objectives. Identify inefficient or underperforming activity and recommend improvements to targeting, mechanics, rewards and timing. Identify opportunities to scale or further improve successful promotions. Define and monitor KPIs including promotional cost, participation, conversion, retention, engagement and player value. Assess the incremental impact of promotional activity to understand the true value generated. Establish a strong test-and-learn approach using A/B testing, control groups and experimentation. Personalisation & Automation Work with CRM, BI, Product and other teams to improve promotional targeting and personalisation. Identify opportunities to use player behaviour, preferences and value to determine the most relevant offer, reward and timing. Support the development of automated promotional decision-making and personalised journeys. Explore how predictive models and machine learning can improve promotional effectiveness. Define success measures and continuously evaluate automated activity. Innovation & Collaboration Keep up to date with developments in Sportsbook and Casino promotions, bonusing and player engagement. Monitor competitor activity and identify new mechanics, capabilities and opportunities. Bring new ideas to the Promotions team and challenge existing approaches where data suggests there is a better way. Work closely with Promotions, CRM, BI and Product to turn insights into practical improvements. What We're Looking For You will ideally have: Experience in promotions, bonusing, CRM, commercial analytics, player analytics or a related optimisation role. Experience within Sportsbook, Casino, iGaming or a similar digital industry. A highly analytical and data-driven mindset with strong commercial judgement. Experience evaluating campaign or promotional performance against clear objectives. A strong understanding of segmentation, targeting and personalisation. Experience with experimentation and test-and-learn methodologies. An understanding of how automation and machine learning can support marketing and promotional decision-making. The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. You'll Thrive in This Role If You...
